Deadline #6, HW #5, Chapter 16

In chapter 16 it talks about first hand evidence and second hand evidence. With first hand evidence you can do observation, interviews, surveys, questionnaires, experiments, and personal experience. Second hand evidence includes research in library and computer research. You have to consider the audience of who that information was written for and who wrote that information of the second hand evidence.
